After returning to Vietnam, he served as FPT Strategy Director and later contributed to advisory and strategic planning roles at VNPT, VNDIRECT, and the Vietnam Petroleum Institute. His expertise focuses on corporate strategy, R&D, quality management, Digital Transformation, business model innovation, and competitiveness improvement.
