Course Contents

1Course Overview

The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) leads the organization in assessing and implementing Digital Transformation through technology and data. The role requires cross-functional leadership, project management capability, understanding of business models, and the ability to coordinate change across the enterprise.

Digital Transformation is not simply about adopting specific technologies; it also requires genuine cultural change across the organization, beginning with the people who create and use those technologies. A key responsibility of the CDO is to guide the organization through transformation by applying appropriate tools and best practices to improve efficiency and optimize business strategy.

Infochief Academy’s “Chief Digital Officer” course focuses on developing executive-level Digital Transformation leadership. Learners build the capability to develop transformation strategy and roadmaps, establish governance mechanisms and initiative portfolios, prioritize investments, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage risks, and lead change so that transformation programs deliver measurable business value.
