  Overview

Soft skills for the future IT Leader training course is designed by Infochief. We are confident that students or learners as office staff will be more ready to work at any types of enterprises from both national and international perspectives.

- To construct personal mission and expectations
- To construct the balanced objectives from 4 angles: instrinsic element, objective element, knowledge and work

Module 2: Planning and organizational skills
- Purposes and objectives of work
- Deploying plan to perform the work by efficient tools
- Control and supervise the implementation process
- Risk management and error prevention

Module 3: Communication and listening skills
- Communication/communication models and styles
- Communication culture of the Vietnamese
- First impression of communication
- Verbal and non-verbal communications
- Active listening

Module 4: Presentation Skills
- Presentation skill
- Effective presentation
- Methods and techniques for good impression during presentation
- Practice exercises for excellent presentation

Module 5: Team Leadership Skills
- Team and team activities
- Team organization and leading process aimed at obtaining the general goals
- Skills used in team work
- To overcome obstacles in team work

Module 6: Positive Thinking, Overcoming Pressure and Self-winning
- Creating positive thinking
- Creating motivation at work
- Constructing efficient working habit
- Work management and personal development

Material:  The standard materials of the Infochief institute (Vietnamese language)

  Training methods
